Return Application Process:

Please note, the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to personal reasons are your responsibility.

Customer service will review your request within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. We will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to quality problems.
Refund Process:
Within 14 days of delivery, contact the courier directly. Once the goods are collected, the courier will notify us about refund-related matters. Our company will finalize the refund within 15 working days. Please provide your order number, name, phone number, and communicate with our 24-hour online customer support.
