Return Application Process:

Customer service will review your request within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. We will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to quality problems.

Refund Process:

Within 14 days of delivery, contact the courier directly. Once the goods are collected, the courier will notify us about refund-related matters.
